EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

MSE and our authorised partners offer service contracts following your purchase. Qualified service engineers will perform maintenance annually and replace parts if necessary, in order to ensure reliable and safe operation. Replacement of spare parts is included in the contract subject to terms and conditions.

CENTRIFUGE END OF LIFE

You are located in metropolitan France? We commit to taking back your centrifuge at the end of its life to replace it with new equipment.

We commit to take back your MSE centrifuge at end of life to replace it with new equipment. The recovery can be valued after expertise. We will evaluate if it can be reconditioned or if it must be dismantled for recycling.

A certificate of clearance and decontamination can be provided to you upon request.

WARRANTY

All MSE products have a warranty time of 24 months. Therefore, it is important for you to register your equipment. We also provide extended warranty options. Once an extended warranty is purchased, your unit will be covered under the same terms and conditions as during the standard warranty period granted.
